option available. Any of these support channels can also be used to request features specific to your organisation's requirements.
Discussion Forum
The
LWWCM Discussion Forum can be used for
technical support, feature requests and to share information with other users of LuciFind™. As a LuciFind™ Trial or Registered user, you will
automatically be provided with access to this section of the Forum. It is also a great way for users trialling the software, to post any queries they may
have about the software. We try to answer any queries posted on the forum as quickly as possible.
KnowledgeBase
The KnowledgeBase is a technical repository of questions and answers frequently asked by users. This is the first place you should look if you need some
technical information. This is available to all users of LuciFind™, including users evaluating the software.

This should only be used by registered users when the information can not be provided using the above avenues. All email support requests are seen as
extremely important, however, they will be processed in order they are received. Any support requests may form the basis of the Technical KnowledgeBase.
